200 grams of paneer (cottage cheese), crumbled

- 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder (adjust to preference)

- 1 tablespoon oil or butter for sautéing
- Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (optional)
- For the Sandwich:
- 8 slices white or whole wheat bread
- Butter or margarine for spreading
- Tomato ketchup or chutney (optional)
- Cheese slices (optional)

- Prepare the Paneer Filling:a. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Allow the cumin seeds to crackle for a few seconds.b. Add the chopped onions and green chilies. Sauté until the onions turn translucent.c. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften and the oil starts to separate.d.
